Why has the price increased since my first search?
LEGOLAND ® Holidays is committed to providing the best choice of products at great prices, so throughout the season we continually review our products and prices. There are likely to be some seasonal special offers and in some circumstances, prices may go up or down depending on the availability. The price of your chosen package will be confirmed at the time of booking but may change if you donÕt confirm your booking straight after you receive your quote.
I don't have email, how will I receive my confirmation?

How do I make payment?
Payment will be taken by the end of the booking process. You can chose between the following two options: You can either pay the full amount or pay a deposit of 20% and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Should you travel within the next 4 weeks, full payment will be automatically required. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), by bank transfer (lead time 12 days prior to arrival) or direct debit (only for german bank account holders and with a lead time of 8 days prior to arrival). For short term bookings payment is only possible by credit card. We do not accept Cash payment at the park.
How do I request a cot in my room?

Do you accept credit / debit cards?

What are the cancelation charges if I cancel my booking?
Cancellation by you: Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us. All cancellations must be made through Holiday Extras service staff and are subject to the conditions and charges (based on the total booking cost)
Cancelation charges (% of the total booking amount):
Up to 21 days prior to arrival: 20%
20 - 10 days prior to arrival: 50%
9 - 3 days prior to arrival: 65%
From 2 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show: 80%
Can I amend my booking?
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed break, you must notify us as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavor to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. All amendments must be made through a Holiday Extras staff member, please call 0049 (0)89 288527 300. An amending fee of EUR 28,00 will apply. Any alteration requests within 24 hours of the date of the ticket entrance to LEGOLAND® Deutschland or within 24 hours of the hotel stay will be treated as a cancellation by you and you will have to pay the cancellation charges.

What is cheapest time to come to LEGOLAND®?
Our prices vary depending on the time of the year. If you book outside of school holidays youÕll often find that prices are less and the park is emptier meaning you can avoid the queues! If you are flexible on dates then keep an eye out for our special offers running throughout the year that often apply to specific off-peak stay dates.
How will I receive my tickets?
Your confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of your booking, which will include your print at home tickets. If you pay a deposit only, please note that tickets will be sent in a separate email 4 weeks prior to arrival when the balance is due.
What is the ticket procedure for entering the park?
Your email confirmation includes a PDF attachment, these are your barcoded LEGOLAND® ticket/s. Please open the attachment and print your tickets and the confirmation email out to take with you on your trip. When at LEGOLAND® simply scan the barcodes at the turnstiles to get into the park and start your adventure!
How do I book tickets only?

What is included in the LEGOLAND ® Holidays package?
The total price for the whole party includes your 2 day tickets for adults and children (to be used within 3 days of first day in the Park), hotel stay and breakfast.
Are the costs of the theme park tickets included in my package?
Yes, your package price is inclusive of both hotel and theme park tickets.
Can we enter and exit the park throughout the day?
If you wish to leave the park and return on the same day, at no charge, please have your hand stamped at the entrance turnstiles. Failure to obtain a handstamp will result in you not being re-admitted. Your ticket is no proof of re-entry.
What is the family room layout?
The four bedded standard and superior each consist of two rooms, equipped with a bunk bed and a double bed. The six bedded room consists of one big room with one double bed, a bunk bed and two single beds. For the partner hotels, family room layout differs according to the hotel and this can all be found on "more information" for the individual hotel when making the booking.
Does LEGOLAND ® have any onsite hotels?
Yes, four and six bedded chalets are available at the Holiday Village situated within 5 minutes walking distance to the park.
Is parking available at the hotels?
Parking is available at all hotels, some may request a small charge.
Can all room types accept a cot?
Most hotel rooms can accommodate a cot, however, please call our contact Centre on 0049 (0)89 288527 300 to confirm that the hotel you are booking can accommodate a cot in the room type selected.
Are lockers available to rent?
Lockers are available on a first come first served basis, located conveniently close to the main entrance. Lockers are subject to charge depending on the size of the locker.
Are ATMÕs / cash machines available in the park?
A cash machine is available at the KNAXX Meeting point in the entrance area of the park and close to the Holiday Village reception.
What hours is the park open?

Are pushchairs available?
Pushchairs are available at the Mini Markt in the entrance area for a charge of EUR 4,00 plus a returnable deposit of EUR 6,00.
How far is LEGOLAND® from the nearest train station?
There is a public bus service running every 30 minutes during park opening times of Günzburg railway station.
Do LEGOLAND® charge for parking?
Yes, a charge of EUR 5,00 applies per day per car. You can also purchase tickets when making your booking online in order to avoid queuing.

Does the park have baby care facilities?
Yes, visit the HiPP Baby Service located in the IMAGINATION area next to the DUPLO® play area and the Pizza Mania restaurant. HiPP offers services for mother and child in the HiPP Baby Service. For babies and toddlers, there is an extensive range of food products here, with free advice included. Furthermore, all toilets in the park are equipped with a nappy-changing room.
What will happen if the weather is bad?
LEGOLAND® Deutschland is predominately an outside attraction with many rides outside. Some rides and attractions may close in case of high winds, thunder or lightning due to health and safety. Indoor attractions include Lego Studios (cinema), Lego-Factory, Building & Test Center, Mindstorms, Bionicle Power Builder, Bead Ride, Techno-Catapult, Ape Theatre, Lego-Arena and the look-out tower. LEGOLAND Deutschland regrets that refunds will not be issued due to bad weather. If you come prepared you will still have a great day.
Does the LEGOLAND® cater for disabled clients?
The pathway is level and suitable for wheelchairs, however there can be steps in sections and may require additional assistance. There is free admission for registered personal assistants with documented proof of disability. Are pets permitted into the park?
No dogs or other pets can be admitted into the park except assistance dogs. LEGOLAND® offers kennels for guest dogs. The dogs house is located at the parking site P3. The dogs house costs EUR 3,00 and owners have to bring their own dog food. Dogs are provided with water during the day. They are allocated on a first come first served basis. Opening times: 30 minutes before park opening till 30 minutes after park closing.
In the Holiday Village, dogs are only allowed on the Campsite at the LEGOLAND Holiday Village. You must not bring your dog to the restaurant or any other facilities in the Holiday Village and dogs have to be on a leash at all times. If you wish to stay at one of the partner hotels and want to bring your dog, please call us on 0049 (0)89 - 678059050 and our friendly team will be happy to assist with your booking.
